Summer Maker's Market Vendor Payment

Thank you very much for your interest in tabling at our upcoming summer maker’s market at Unkindness Art, taking place on Sunday, August 25 from 12pm to 5pm. We are pleased to offer you a spot for this event! We are asking for a flat fee of $50 from each vendor in order to participate. Please be sure to secure your spot by paying this fee within one week of receiving the approval email. After that, we will move on to other waitlisted vendors to give them the opportunity to participate. Additionally, if you find yourself unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, this fee is only refundable if we are provided at least 48 hours’ notice before the event.

Important info about this event:

  • This event is INDOORS

  • Off-street parking lot available for load in/load out

  • Drinks/snacks will be available for vendors (we’ll hopefully getting a food truck or some kind of ice cream truck situation set up as well!)

  • All vendors will need to provide their own table and any other items for their set-up, load in/out, etc. (we recommend a rolling wagon for easy load in/out!)

  • Wifi is available

  • All booth spaces will measure approx. 8” x 4” , with room for a 6 foot table (please do not bring a table longer than 6 feet!)

  • No split booths!! All vendors must be approved ahead of time

  • This will be an all ages event so any “adult” items will need to be packaged/covered as appropriate

  • Setup: 10am-12pm the day of the event; Breakdown: 5-6pm

Closer to the date of the event, we will send out further info to follow up with participating vendors, including your booth number, as booth locations will be pre-assigned and marked.
