Winter Solstice Maker's Market Vendor Payment
We are very pleased to offer you a table at our upcoming winter solstice-themed maker’s market at Unkindness Art, taking place on Saturday, December 21 from 12-5pm. We’re billing this as a last minute handmade holiday gift opportunity for folks who forgot to get presents! =)
We are asking for a flat fee of $50 from each vendor in order to participate. Please be sure to secure your spot by paying this fee within one week of receiving the approval email. After that, we will move on to other waitlisted vendors to give them the opportunity to participate. Additionally, if you find yourself unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, this fee is only refundable if we are provided at least 72 hours’ notice before the event.
Important info about this event:
The event is entirely INDOORS, in our tattoo shop located at 2923 North Avenue. We will have space for approx. 22 vendors total at the event.
Off-street parking lot available for load in/load out
Drinks/snacks will be available for vendors. We will be planning to have hot drinks/snacks for event attendees as well.
All vendors will need to provide their own table and any other items for their set-up, load in/out, etc. (we recommend a rolling wagon for easy load in/out!)
Wifi is available
All booth spaces will measure approx. 8’ x 6’, with room for a 6 foot table (please do not bring a table longer than 6 feet or wider than 2 feet!)
No split booths!! All vendors must be approved ahead of time
This will be an all ages event so any “adult” items will need to be packaged/covered as appropriate
Setup: 10am-12pm the day of the event; Breakdown: 5-6pm
Booth locations will be pre-assigned and marked for all vendors to aid with ease of set-up
